📅 Step 2: Set Up Your First Service

1. Launch the Setup Wizard (or go to Webba Booking > Services).
2. Click Add New Service.
3. Fill in details like:
   • Service Name (e.g., “Yoga Class”)
   • Duration
   • Availability (days and times)
   • Pricing (optional)
4. Save your service.

📋 Step 3: Add the Booking Form to Your Site

You can add the booking form using shortcodes or blocks:

• Gutenberg Block (version 5.0.40+):
  1. Edit a page or post.
  2. Click the + icon to add a new block.
  3. Search for “Webba Booking Form”.
  4. Configure settings (e.g., single or multiple bookings).
  5. Publish or update the page.
• Shortcode:
  1. Copy the generated shortcode from the service settings.
  2. Paste it into a page or post using the Shortcode block or the Classic Editor.
  3. Publish or update the page.

💳 Step 4: Enable Online Payments (Optional)

To accept payments:

1. Install WooCommerce:
   • Go to Plugins > Add New.
   • Search for “WooCommerce” and install it.
2. Integrate with Webba Booking:
   • In Webba Booking, go to Services.
   • Edit a service and navigate to the Pricing tab.
   • Under Payment Methods, select WooCommerce.
   • Enter the Product ID from WooCommerce that corresponds to this service.
   • Save changes.

📧 Step 5: Customize Email Notifications

To set up email confirmations:

1. Go to Webba Booking > Email Templates.
2. Click Add New Template.
3. Customize the subject and body as needed.
4. Assign the template to specific services or events.
5. Save the template.

📊 Step 6: Manage Bookings

1. Navigate to Webba Booking > Bookings.
2. Here, you can:
   • View all bookings.
   • Edit or delete bookings.
   • Change booking statuses (e.g., Pending, Approved, Cancelled).
